With more than 25 years of experience in Telecom, works as SVP of Telecall, telecom operator with SCM, STFC and SMP licenses (MVNA/MVNO) in Brazil, developing projects in the USA, Brazil, Portugal and Japan. Bruno has focused on technology for the transformation of Telcos, with 5G being a fundamental piece. Bruno is also a co-founder of Instituto Reação, an NGO created by Olympic medalist Flávio Canto and a partner in the Escola Conectada project, a project that brings high-quality internet to underfunded public schools. He also serves as a counselor for the Social Impact Project with UNISUAM and was a TEDx speaker.

Held various management and executive level positions in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations and General Management. Currently, works as Chief Executive Officer at Veek, one of the first MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in the Brazilian market with a unique business model.
