Estudos apontam que, atualmente, ser influenciador está entre as profissões mais cobiçadas pela nova geração. Essa busca por fama, uma voz ativa e dinheiro não é algo novo para nossa sociedade. No entanto, as redes sociais tornaram a busca por esse sonho algo mais acessível. Em tese, qualquer pessoa pode construir narrativas, atrair seguidores, segmentar sua audiência e, eventualmente, chamar a atenção das marcas. Porém, existem alguns desafios por trás da construção de uma carreira como influenciador digital que exigem responsabilidade e, principalmente, autenticidade. Neste painel, vamos nos debruçar sobre diferentes tipos de influenciadores, seus nichos, como começar e também sobre o poder da comunidade.

Bruna Dias is a content creator from Rio de Janeiro who lives in the Rocinha favela. Bruna's main mission on DiasdeCacho is to celebrate the beauty and experiences of black women. DiasdeCacho, which now has more than 30,000 followers, covers content about hair and self-love. She is also a communications coordinator at play9.

Chief Content Officer (CCO) and Partner at Play9, managing all the creative and content teams. In 2020, I was the General Director of the Black Friday 2020 Show, an live commerce event produced in partnership with Americanas, Google, Youtube, Dia Estúdio and WMcCann. At Take4Content, I was Head of Content and dealt with planning and production for digital platforms, leading creative teams. In 2018, I was the founding director of the gamer entertainment channel Final Level, a success story within the digital territory. Before the digital incursion, I had 10 years of experience at Rede Globo, going through several programs in the Sports department.

Fabão | Palestrante

Fábio Cruz, better known as Fabão, has gained prominence in digital media with his videos that exude authenticity, lightness, and unique humor. His content is highly viral, generally with surreal everyday dialogues and some absurd situations (always hilarious). He is also part of Valentina’s YouTube channel, participating in reactions and other humor content about literally anything. Besides everything, Fabão is also the Play9 entertainment podcast host (“Pod da Play”) and has interviewed several famous people, such as Ana Paula Padrão, Milton Cunha, Felipe Neto, among others.

Matheus Costa | Palestrante

Born in RJ, 28-year-old Matheus Costa saw his life change during the pandemic. Previously working as an event organizer, he witnessed his profession being heavily affected by the restrictions imposed at the time. However, he found a new calling: digital creator. With over 3.4 million followers on Instagram, 5.9 million on TikTok, and half a million on YouTube, his online presence is impressive. His content focused on pranks with his father, Seu Zé, has become extremely popular, garnering a legion of fans for the family. Matheus has been nominated for and won prestigious awards such as the TikTok Awards and the Ibest Award, standing out for his ability to entertain and captivate the audience.
