Raína Biriba is a Producer and Cultural Manager and Music Curator, graduated in Cultural Production from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). She is a partner and creative director at Encruzilhada - Hub of Culture and Art; executive director of Afrontart - Quilombo Digital de Artes; and strategic director of the Frequências Preciosas platform, aimed at disseminating and promoting music made by black and indigenous women. In 15 years of experience, he has collaborated with names such as Festival AFROPUNK BAHIA in partnership with ID Works, Margareth Menezes, Àttooxxá, Linn da Quebrada, Enio, Lia de Itamaracá, among others.

Nominated in 2022 and 2023 as “Best Music Journalist” at the WME Awards, @laainaiane has a degree in Social Communication from UFBA. She began her career in the Press Relations market, working with artists such as Ivete Sangalo, Saulo (ex-Banda Eva) and Alinne Rosa. She was involved in the communication strategy of artists such as: Valesca Popozuda, Lexa, among others. In 2016, together with his partner, Mila Ventura, they founded Mundo da Música, the 1st portal with specific content for the music market. In 2020, they started a joint venture with POPline, expanding content fronts and creating a 360 hub of daily information about the music industry called @poplinebizmm.

With more than 20 years of experience in cultural production and communication training, Ana Garcia has been director of the No Ar Coquetel Molotov Festival since 2004. In addition to editions in São Paulo, Salvador, Belo Jardim and Belo Horizonte, Ana coordinates the Virtuosi Festival and its extensions in Pernambuco. Throughout his career, he led projects such as Ouvindo e Fazer Música at MEPE for 10 years, produced Palco Red Bull at SonarSP, Aurora Eco Fashion and tours, including Invasão Sueca. Tours by artists such as Ibeyi and Sebastian Tellier stand out. In 2019, she received the Entrepreneur of the Year award at the Women’s Music Event Awards.

In addition to being in charge of projects for record labels and main artistic offices, the businessman also manages the production of events and musical festivals in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Salvador. The Bahian, based in Rio de Janeiro, has worked on the main radio stations in Rio, including Rádio Globo, Mix FM and FM O Dia.

Leila started out in the entertainment industry in 2007, as production manager at Bandit Films & Digital, a company that specialized in advertising and branded content. She later worked for Telefónica, overseeing its VOD content, working with major studios, programmers and local producers. She then moved to Terra Networks, leading its content acquisition strategy for news, sports, movies and music. In WMG, before stepping up as President, she has served as GM of Warner Music Brazil since November 2021. Oliveira first joined Warner Music Brazil back in 2013, heading up its business development operations and played a key part in shifting it to a digital-first business model.

She has also worked with brands such as Jack Daniels, Natura, Netflix, and Record (publisher).

Michelly Mury is a specialist in diversity and inclusion in cultural projects. She is currently a member of the team of Label Managers at digital distributor Altafonte, which operates in the phonographic market. She was artistic coordinator of Casa Natura Musical (SP) and Fundição Progresso (RJ), cultural equipment of reference in the two largest capitals f the country. She was curator of the Edital Natura Musical between 2019 and 2022. As an evaluator, she worked in the editals "Clipes" (Funarj), FOCA (SMC of RJ), Oi Futuro (Oi), Transformando Energia em Cultura (Instituto Neoenergia) and BDMG. He was also part of the team of specialists of the Superjuri of the Multishow Award (2020/21).

Creator of Ausländer (fashion brand), Rock The Mountain festival and BlackHaus Studio / Music Awarded by OGlobo for “best creative direction” and by MTV for “best artist website”, it was described by Bruno Astuto (Vogue columnist) as a “Marketing Phenomenon”. His works were published in Taschen (a renowned art publisher in Europe) and was cited as a branding reference by André Carvalhal in his book “A Moda Imita a Vida”. He created the Ausländer fashion brand, which went far beyond clothing and became famous for its fashion shows and brand experiences. Today he is the head behind the Rock the Mountain festival.
