Marketing and business manager. Co-founder of Olhar, a film distributor focused on promoting diversity of the independent audiovisual. Prior to this, Paula worked in executive production for short films, feature films, and television content. Also served in public management, coordinating the Southeast Region of the Public Television Content Line, from 2014 to 2016, and at the Fundação Aperipê, a network of public TV and radio stations, from 2007 to 2011. From 2021 to 2022, presided over the Association of Video and Cinema of Paraná; from 2020 to 2021, she was a member at Municipal Culture Council in Curitiba; and, is currently substitute member at Superior Cinema Council (CSC) in the 2023-2025 term.

Suely Weller is the Dramaturgy Content Manager for Globoplay Originals and Globo Pay Channels. Some of hers latest works were the soap opera "Todas as Flores" and the series "Os Outros", "A Vida Pela Frente" and "Fim". She began her career in cinema, producing short and feature films. She was Artistic Manager of the channels GNT, VIVA and Modo Viagem, implementing variety and reality shows, fiction series and documentaries, with two nominations for the International Emmy Awards.
