Fernando is an award-winning Brazilian Director, Content Creator and Editor. He has over 20 years’ experience with local and international productions in culture, sports, history, environment and education. Fernando Acquarone studied at Fabrica Communications Research Center (Italy), New York Film Academy and PUC University in his hometown of Rio de Janeiro. With shooting experience in 5 continents, Fernando created and produced over 10 sports docuseries and became an expert in this genre. His projects were developed for Rede Globo, Globoplay, SporTV, Canal Combate, ESPN, Red Bull and The Olympic Channel.

I worked in several vehicles in Brazil, such as Folha de S. Paulo, MTV Brasil, Band and Rede Globo. From 2001 onwards I specialized in sports media at ESPN Brasil. In 2019, I joined NWB, the company of Desimpedidos and Acelerados, where I was Head of Strategic Content Partnerships. In 2023, I moved to ODDZ Network (where Ronaldo Fenômeno is one of the partners), where I was New Business Manager. In 2023, I started sports consultancy at Conspiração Films, for the doc about Vinicius Jr, scheduled to premiere on Netflix in 2025 And in 2024, I return to journalism, and join the Institutoconhecimento Liberta, run by economist Eduardo Moreira, where I am production director of ICL Noticias
Sergio Floris | Júri do Pitching
Sergio Floris is CCO at Beyond Films and focuses on prospecting and executive production original content such as the documentary series about influencer Luva de Pedreiro (HBO Max), scheduled for release in 2024. Previously, he was MD and Partner at Adventures, where he led original series projects such as Funkbol (Paramount+). Before that, he served as VP of Rights and Original Content at DAZN, was one of the first original content executives at Netflix in Brazil, and led Twitter's Entertainment Content Partnerships team in LATAM. Sergio has an MBA/MS in Media Ventures from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on entertainment from the University of Southern California.

Journalist graduated in 1995 from PUC-PR, I started my career as a journalist/reporter in 1993 on the radio and in the newspaper. In 1997 I was hired by the Rede Globo affiliate in Paraná (RPC) and in 2000 I went to ESPN Brasil where I worked until 2018 as a reporter, presenter and narrator. In 2018 I started taking care of the content of the shows, programs and coverage. In 2019 I was part of the group that coordinated the merger of ESPN with the Fox Sports channels and from then on I became Senior Manger of Content, being responsible for the content of the 5 ESPN channels and the company's talent casting.
FRANCISCO TRIGO | Júri do Pitching
Has been at Globo since 2008. He was a producer/editor for ten years, during which time he was responsible for covering the Brazilian team. He went to the 2014 and 2018 World Cups and the 2016 Olympic Games. As a producer/editor, he was in charge of the two biggest series in JN's history (World Cup profiles) and had an outstanding relationship with Pelé, with whom he made several reports. He has traveled to more than 35 countries for work. After the 2018 World Cup, he took over as head of reporting for Rio's sports area. In 2022, he joined the Sports Special Formats team, having been a screenwriter for the documentary A Mão do Eurico and being responsible for curating projects with partner producers.
