In this session, the five projects best evaluated by the committee will be presented to national and international market players. Dani has worked on feature films in NYC, was a partner in a production company and manager at Globo, leading a team of over 500 people. With a degree in Media Production from Marymount, a specialization in production from NYU and a MBA in Business Management, Dani has always looked for non-obvious paths for audiovisual projects. Looking at innovation, she specialized in DT, Lean and Agile. In 2020, with Leo Edde, launched Transformação Audiovisual and translated Lean management philosophy, agile and DT into "creativeness", creating the Agile Audiovisual method. With mentorships, courses and workshops for Sebrae, Rio2C, MaxMinas and IAG PUC-Rio, it has trained +200 av professionals throughout Brazil.

Maria Augusta Ramos É uma diretora de cinema reconhecida e premiada internacionalmente. Seus filmes (O Processo, Justiça, Juizo, Morro dos Prazeres, Futuro Junho e Desi) foram premiados em diversos festivais internacionais, entre eles: Berlin, Amsterdam Doc Festival, Visions du Reel (Suiça), DocumentaMadrid, IndieLisboa, Taiwan Int. Doc. Festival, CPH:DOX Copenhagen, Watch Docs (Polonia) e DOK Leipzig (Alemanha) e Festival de Brasilia. Em 2014, a diretora recebeu a Prêmio Marek Nowicki outorgado pela Helsinki Foundation of Human Rights pela sua obra. É membro da Academia de Artes e Ciências Cinematográficas (Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, ou AMPAS)

TvZERO

With over 40 years dedicated to audiovisual work, he founded TvZERO in 1991, where he produced and co-produced feature films, medium-length films, short films, and TV series. He directed the documentaries "A Farra do Circo" (2013), "Herbert de Perto" (2009), "Pindorama, A Verdadeira História dos Sete Anões" (2008), and "Os Quatro Paralamas" (2020). In fiction, he directed "Júlio Sumiu" (2014) and "Nise – O Coração da Loucura" (2016), which were showcased in over 40 festivals. As a producer, notable works include "Benzinho" (2018) by Gustavo Pizzi, "Gabriel e a Montanha" (2017) by Fellipe Barbosa, and "Bruna Surfistinha" (2011) by Marcus Baldini.

I have 20 years of experience in the audiovisual sector, with a degree in Radio and Television from Methodist University. I have also studied Cinema and Entertainment Management at institutions such as the New York Film Academy and UCLA. Over the years, I have worked with companies like Editora Trip, MTV Brasil, Canais Abril, Mixer Filmes, Rede Globo, Viacom CBS, and I am currently the Content Manager at Netflix Brazil. Throughout my career, I have held various roles including producer, researcher, content producer, scriptwriter, director, and content manager for channels, focusing deeply on narratives, the behavior of Brazilian audiences, and content programming.
