A graduate from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, with a postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics, she has covered global events such as the Pan American Games, the Olympics, Champions League finals, and the Nations League. Currently, as the Content Partnerships Manager at TikTok, she leads strategic initiatives for media groups, clubs, and institutions with the aim of strengthening the presence of high-quality sports content on the platform.
Tiago Ornaghi | Palestrante

Tiago Ornaghi has been dedicated to nonfiction audio-visual for over twenty years, having worked for independent production companies and TV Globo shows. He is currently ahead of Globoplay's non-scripted Originals - having led the production of hit series such as “Boate Kiss” and “Vale o escrito”. He holds an MA and an MBA from Columbia University.

Victor is a business developer leader, with 16 years experience in creating, distributing and monetizing multiplatform content. He is current leading the sports business for YouTube in Brazil for almost 4 years and Member of the Google Disability Alliance. Prior to that, Victor has worked at Esporte Interativo, Grupo Bandeirantes, Dream Factory, SportPar and Flowics. And has an extensive experience with startups as founder, investor and mentor.
