Having worked in the retail, consulting, third sector, and technology markets, she is recognized for her leadership journey in public relations across internal communication, press, advertising, culture, and events. She has held leadership positions in consulting groups and innovative companies such as Nubank, where she also contributed to impactful projects for ethnic-racial diversity, focusing on the inclusion of Black and peripheral women. Currently, she has been working as a Communications Director at Todos Pela Educação, one of Brazil's leading non-governmental organizations.

Woman, mother, from the state of Paraiba, 45 years old. She has a 24-year career at Banco do Brasil. She took on her first management position at BB in 2002 and, in january 2023, she became the Company's first female CEO. At the same year, she achieved the biggest result in Bank's history, with an appreciation of more than 70% in the share price. Spokesperson for the UN Global Compact, she placed diversity at the center of management. She was chosen by Forbes Magazine as one of the 100 most powerful women in the world.
