With the explosion of streaming services and the increase in content consumption, Latin America is experiencing an audiovisual boom, which naturally leads to a growing demand for highly qualified technical production and post-production teams. The current simultaneous demands for teams for ongoing projects by streaming services and traditional channels threaten the expansion of the sector in many countries, creating a bottleneck for the industry but also offering new opportunities for market entry. This presentation will address the multiple opportunities for new professionals in the audiovisual industry, both for technicians "below the line", who require vocational training and for creative talent "above the line" for scripted and non-scripted content.
