The Audiovisual Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture, restructured under the current government with two directorates, presents its action guidelines for the next three years and the federal government's initiatives for developing the new Plan of Guidelines and Goals for Brazilian audiovisual production.

Joelma Oliveira Gonzaga | Palestrante
Audiovisual Secretary at MinC, Joelma Gonzaga is from Salvador (BA) and has built a solid career as an executive and creative producer for more than a decade, with award-winning films screened at important festivals such as Cannes, Locarno and Festival do Rio. She was in charge of important Brazilian independent productions, such as AmarElo - It's all for Yesterday, Breves Miragens de Sol, Doutor Gama, O Enigma da Energia Escura and the feature film Regra 34. She is a member of the founding board of the National Union of Executive Producers. And has also worked in training initiatives such as the Nicho Executivo program, aimed at training black executive producers for the audiovisual sector.
Rodrigo Antonio | Palestrante
Filmmaker, executive producer, audiovisual consultant, currently serves as the Director of Audiovisual Training and Innovation at the Audiovisual Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture.
Daniela Fernandes | Palestrante
Daniela Fernandes has a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Salvador and a bachelor's degree in Cinema and Audiovisual from the Federal University of the Recôncavo of Bahia. Co-founder of NordesteLAB, an audiovisual articulation platform created in 2014. She worked in executive production, distribution and articulation of partnerships in diferents projects and accumulated diverse experiences as referees in public notices. She was the Audiovisual Director of the Cultural Foundation of the State of Bahia between 2017 and 2022. Since 2023 she has worked in the Audiovisual Preservation and Diffusion Directorate - Ministry of Culture of Brazil.
