And the future, recovery, maintenance and growth of the sector depend on the development of creative skills and talents, and diversity of voices.

Executive producer of Netflix's first original production in Brazil, the series 3%, and the science fiction series, Omniscient. Tiago Mello is co-creator and executive producer, nominated three times for the International Emmy Awards, with the series Zoo da Zu (Discovery Kids) in 2015 and 2017 in the Preschool category, in 2016, for the series SOS Fada Manu(Gloob) in the Animation category. He also signs the executive production of Mal Me Quer (Warner Channel), Papaya Bull (Nickelodeon), A Grande Luta (HBO), Temporada de Verão (Netflix), Nosso Mundo Zoo (Discovery+) and the most recent production Mila no Multiverso in partnership with Disney+, being the first Brazilian science fiction series.
Claudia Alves | Palestrante
Recognized by the UN as one of the 200 Most Influential People in Afrodiaspora, Claudia Alves has a unique approach to storytelling. Over ten years, she has been bringing new voices in a way that deeply resonates with audiences. She is a social innovation manager in Kenya. Her work is focused on social issues, and she has been awarded for the docuseries #TheFutureisFemale (Globo). In 2020, she pursued a master's at the University of Sussex. At Netflix, she led d initiatives that significantly impacted the development of streaming talent. Her leadership has extended to over 150 above-the-line talents. She is a development producer instilling confidence in her ability to shape the industry's future
Claudia Gonçalves | Moderadora
With a degree in journalism, she has international experience and a focus on diversity and regional decentralization. Her expertise spans various activities in the audiovisual and entertainment fields, from pitching and contract negotiation to legal support, team hiring, and creative supervision at all stages of production. She has been involved in executive production for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Youtube Originals, Discovery Kids, and GNT. She is engaged in training initiatives for black professionals, with a stint at MINC. Currently, she coordinated MERCAMIMB (Audiovisual Business Market for Black, Quilombola, and Indigenous Filmmakers) at MIMB.
Rachel do Valle | Palestrante
Journalist with a postgraduate degree in Audiovisual Production and Management from the University of Coruña/Spain, she was also a student at the Center for the Study of International Negotiations at USP. He was part of the BRAVI team for ten years and managed the Brazilian Content program, a partnership with Apex-Brasil. Previously, he worked for three years in the distribution of features and series for the foreign market. Since 2019, he has been part of the Projeto Paradiso team and works in the planning and execution of several programs, including Incubadora Paradiso, focused on developing scripts for fiction feature films.
