In a highly connected society, the value of interpersonal relationships extends beyond mere information exchange; they form the basis for business opportunities, professional collaborations, emotional support, and personal development. By cultivating and nurturing these connections, individuals can access resources, knowledge, and opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach. In this session, participants and speakers will come together for a conversation on access and a journey aimed at presenting strategies for building and expanding their network of contacts. By the end, participants will leave with valuable insights on how to leverage networking as a powerful tool to drive personal and professional success, as well as to strengthen the social fabric within communities and organizations. *Participatory Session.

Many competent people lose space to people who do not have the same ability, but communicate well. It's time to learn how to change that with this educator, writer and speaker. She has been training people who need to speak in public and in front of cameras for over 20 years. Whether in a meeting, lecture, job interview or even casual conversations, the way we choose to communicate can determine major turning points in our trajectory. Entrepreneurs, executives and artists have already undergone training. Our focus at Rio2C will be public speaking, networking and influencing. On social media, she works intensely to eradicate sexual and online violence.
