Graduated in Marketing and Business Administration from UNIA; Physical Education Degree and Bachelor's Degree from USCS, former Professional Basketball athlete. Currently, he is a Neuroscientist at Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras in professional football; PhD student in Neuroscience and Cognition at the Center for Mathematics, Cognition and Computing at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), Researcher at the NeuroSports Lab at USP, interested in Research in Neurobiology applied to sport, Neuroimaging in sport with an emphasis on electroencephalography (EEG), cerebral hemodynamics using fNIRS, muscular activity in sport and electromyographic (EMG) responses, cognition and sport.
Renata Mendonça | Moderadora
Renata Mendonça has been a sports journalist for over 10 years and is one of the pioneers in the role of football commentator at Globo and Sportv. Graduated in Journalism in 2012 from Cásper Líbero and postgraduated in Human Rights, Gender, and Sexuality by Fiocruz, Renata started as a reporter for ESPN's website, worked for the BBC as a sports producer from 2013 to 2018, was a columnist for Folha de S. Paulo between 2019 and 2022, and has been working at Grupo Globo as a football commentator since 2020. She is also a co-founder of Dibradoras, a content platform created in 2015 to give visibility to women in sports.
