Currently, I am part of the Parrot Analytics team, a content analysis and research company, where I lead consulting strategies and applied solutions for LATAM clients. Previously, I managed programming strategy for the National Geographic Kids channel in Brazil, where I identified opportunities for content acquisition and licensing. My experience also includes serving as Director of Insights at Viacom Network Brazil, where I conducted significant research studies. Throughout my professional career, I have also had the opportunity to work in major advertising agencies such as Young & Rubicam, McCann Erickson, and J. Walter Thompson.

Creator and showrunner, was responsible for successes like "O Negócio (HBO)", "Bugados (Gloob)", "Mothern" (GNT), "Julie e os Fantasmas" (Nickelodeon/Band), among others. As a showrunner, Luca has developed and produced more than 500 episodes of fiction series. He is the creator of the first Brazilian kid's sitcom, "Bugados" - the largest audience of a fiction series in 2020. He also wrote the feature films "Gatilhos" (Black Filmes/Paris Filmes), "Memórias do Cárcere" (Leopardo Filmes/Portugal/pre-production), "A Pedra do Sino" (Persona/O2 Play/post-prod.) and "Wiki Love" (Maria & Mayer Produções/Portugal/financing).
