This masterclass will guide participants in understanding the definition of a format, its classifications and genres, and efficient methods and mechanics for creating an original. Legal issues related to bringing a new format to life, from conception to legal consolidation, including contracts and copyright, will also be addressed. We will also consider the current ethical and legal challenges that the industry faces, such as regulating the digital market and addressing the dilemmas of artificial intelligence.
