Adriana Ferreira Silva is a journalist and researcher in intersectional gender relations. Writer, mediator, curator and lecturer, she deals with topics such as literature, diversity, equity and inclusion; business and women's leadership; ethnism and ESG. She is co-founder of Grená - Agência de Criação and also works as Head of Content at Galápagos Newsmaking.
