Enchantment Marketing, Rádio Mood 91.1m, Rio Beach Club, Camarote Rio, Circus Trattoria among others. Co-founder of Tardezinha, a music project whose partner and protagonist is the singer Thiaguinho. He was responsible for leading the strategies of the company Tardezinha, which in 2023, after completing 8 years of history, became the BIGGEST BRAZILIAN TOUR IN HISTORY. Awarded, unanimously among the councilors of Rio de Janeiro, with the highest honor in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the Pedro Ernesto medal.
Meli Daniel | Palestrante
Meli Daniel is a lawyer and specialist in image strategy and communication. In 2014, she founded Brazil's first agency specializing in image positioning for artists and personalities in the digital domain, shifting her focus to music in 2016. Today, she works as the Director of Communication and Creation at Vybbe, coordinating the 'in-house' actions of Digia.ag.

Editor of the TV Cultura portal and presenter of Mistura Cultural, a program that airs weekly on the station's digital media and on Cultura Brasil radio, where she interviews prominent names in Brazilian music. I'm member of the Morde & Assopra program, on Fridays, on Energia 97. I'm a music judge for the APCA (São Paulo Association of Art Critics) and the Arcanjo de Cultura Award. I was elected one of the five best music journalists in Brazil by the WME Awards by Music2 in 2019, 2020 and 2022. I'm worked for 20 years in the Entertainment area at UOL, coordinating coverage of major national and international festivals and Carnival.
Eduardo Lobarinhas | Palestrante
Eduardo Lobarinhas is an entertainment and music industry professional. In 2014, he founded the Grupo Levels, which functions as a digital marketing agency and operating in the production of major events. He is the head of events such as Mixed by Mixed and Balbvúrdia. In his career, he has conceptualized projects such as Camarote Fábula, in Sapucaí, and Vira Jeri. He is the co-founder of the Prainha com Ferrugem project, which has the artist Ferrugem himself as a partner. He discovered his passion for entertainment while studying music production and, with 11 year in the industry, is now reconnecting with his roots and manages strategic planning and business development for musical artists.
