Wilson Lannes is the General Manager of Sony Music Brasil, he has worked at the company for 22 years and he is currently responsible for the areas of Business Development, Digital Strategies, Finance and Business Affairs. He graduated in Business Administration at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), he has an MBA in Finance and a Master's degree in International Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV)

Nominated in 2022 and 2023 as “Best Music Journalist” at the WME Awards, @laainaiane has a degree in Social Communication from UFBA. She began her career in the Press Relations market, working with artists such as Ivete Sangalo, Saulo (ex-Banda Eva) and Alinne Rosa. She was involved in the communication strategy of artists such as: Valesca Popozuda, Lexa, among others. In 2016, together with his partner, Mila Ventura, they founded Mundo da Música, the 1st portal with specific content for the music market. In 2020, they started a joint venture with POPline, expanding content fronts and creating a 360 hub of daily information about the music industry called @poplinebizmm.
