Igor Coelho, also known as Igor 3K, born in Rio de Janeiro, is the founder of Grupo Flow, co-founder, and presenter of the Flow Podcast. He has been on the internet for over 10 years, and before reaching his peak as the host of the Flow Podcast, he was a content creator focused on games, where he became a major reference in the Fighting Games scene in Brazil. According to him, his ability to communicate with anyone is an inheritance from his father. He believes that having a genuine interest in what people have to say is crucial, as well as the ability to adapt to different situations in a conversation, which he credits as part of his success in the world of videos and podcasts in Brazil.

Sarah Buchwitz is the CEO of Grupo Flow. She was elected as one of the top Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) in Brazil by Forbes and named by the Brazilian version of the Women to Watch list as one of the most promising professionals in the field of communication and marketing in the country. With a background in economics from USP, she has a specialization in branding and social media from the Kellogg School of Management, and board member training from Saint Paul Business School, with an international module at the Danish school KaosPilot and Tel Aviv University.
