Raphael is an art and technology enthusiast always focused on bridging and expanding storytelling through creative narrative. In order to accomplish that, Raphael’s has learned valuable leadership skills when managing human resources and financial limitations in budget as a director; turning one hundred dollars into a one hundred thousand dollar looking film. Keeping a set moving and not going over shooting time is key, as various directors have a hard time putting aside their ego and delivering what needs to be done in the production at hand. Raphael has spent most of his career learning all the crafts, working in almost all positions in the audio-visual realm.
Lucas Saldanha Werneck | Palestrante
Lucas has been, since childhood, connected with audiovisual, documentaries, cinema, equipments and technology. For graduation went a different route, but nonetheless optical one: Astronomy. There he got a very strong basis in optics and precision. Then after graduation went back to work in the cinema industry and a few years later opened 2olhares. At 2olhares Lucas produced and directed TV Shows. But today 2olhares’s focus is equipment rental and equipment repair. Lucas is Apple Certified Trainer, Cooke Lens Tech Certified and Zeiss lvl 4 Certified. He also underwent Atlas, Leitz and TLS basic training at the Lens Summit.
Julia Equi | Palestrante
Julia Equi is a cinematographer with 25 years experience and extensive leadership in streaming series. She was cinematographer for two seasons of "Turma da Mônica-A Série" (Globoplay), 2nd season of "As Five" (Globoplay), "Histórias (Im)possíveis" (Globoplay), "Summer Heat" (Netflix), "Their Story" (Star+), among others. With an award-winning career, she won Best Cinematography at the Septimius Awards Festival in Amsterdam for the series "Lady Voyeur" (Netflix) and an ABC Award for Best Cinematography in a Documentary Feature for the film "Apenas Meninas" (HBO). She is a recognized member of the Brazilian Collective of Cinematography Directors (DAFB) and the Brazilian Cinematography Association (ABC).
Thiago Anjos | Moderador

Thiago Anjos, has worked in the audio visual market for 18 years, started his career as a VFx Composer in 2006 at the production company, CaradeCão, and has been working for the last 13 years with TV Globo's team of Visual Effects artists. Currently, he is a Visual Effects Supervisor. Over the years, he has acted in several projects, including soap operas such as Sparkling Girls, Old River, New World, Crashing Into the Future, series such as Passport To Freedon, Iron Island. In 2013, he founded his own production company, known as Inova Filmes, where he was responsible for supervising several projects such as Rich In Love (1 - 2), Ourd Dream, Our Home 2 The Messenger, Inpuros (Seasons 2, 3 - 4).
Israel Figueiredo | Palestrante
Canon do Brasil
Paulistano, Israel Figueiredo holds a degree in Law and postgraduate degrees in Law and IT, and Marketing Management. Since 2020, he has been active in the audiovisual market, owning a small production company. His entry into audiovisual started with photography at religious services, becoming self-taught. He joined Canon Brazil before the pandemic to start the Casa Canon Project and returned as a product specialist in the Cinema division. Currently, he is responsible for Canon Rental and Canon Professional Services (CPS) in Brazil. In his free time, he enjoys photography and study new audiovisual technologies.
