What if you could see what no one else sees? When we exchange our lenses of knowledge, we're able to perceive new things, even when observing what we're already accustomed to. In this sense, Organizational Neuroscience serves as a powerful pair of lenses, allowing us to observe human behavior in a completely innovative way. Day after day, subtle elements influence our routines. While these elements may be invisible to the eyes, rest assured they are not to the brain. Fear, anxiety, stress, happiness, motivation, well-being... A web of interconnected variables capable of concretely dictating the atmosphere of an environment. In this panel, we'll provide you with the lenses of neuroscience so you can identify unconscious emotional processes and their relationship with what we call Organizational Homeostasis.
