Jamela | Palestrante

A games lover since I became Jamela, through Diversigames I found the way to combat the lack of racial diversity in the Games and E-sports market. Whether it's in the classroom, where I try to make this world accessible to young people from the favelas, or in speaking spaces, my goal is to raise awareness about the importance of diversity as an opportunity to guarantee inclusion and income production. Perhaps this is too utopian, but this utopia has taken us to the stage at SXSW 2024, and we intend to explore where else this “delirium” can take us.
