We will explore the basics of diversity and inclusion, highlighting their relevance in today's business context. We will look at different dimensions of diversity, equity and ways to promote inclusion, highlighting the tangible benefits for organisations. We will also discuss how integrating Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) into the sustainability agenda contributes to a more sustainable business future. Issues such as the competitive advantages of diversity in business strategy, the importance of accessibility and the risks and opportunities associated with DEI will be explored. Finally, we will also explore the importance of structured induction with a DEI perspective, the benefits of internal mentoring and issues related to affirmative action and its challenges.

Professional with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources management, possessing an integrated and strategic vision of her roles, passionate about her purpose which is to support people and organizations in building their legacies. She also worked as an educator for over 10 years in the municipal and state education systems, including at the university level. She holds a degree in Pedagogy from UERJ, with a Master's in Education and an MBA in Management, both from PUC-RJ. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Institutional and Clinical Psychopedagogy from Cândido Mendes. She is a Coach certified by ABRACEM – SP

Debora Moura is a Black woman and a 50+ professional who has been undertaking initiatives to be a transformative agent within the communication and entertainment market. With 17 years of experience at Artplan, where she worked as a Production Manager and Production Director, she made a career transition at over 55 years old and assumed, since 2021, the position of Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Grupo Dreamers, also being responsible for recruitment and selection.

Annelise is an activist and cultural organizer. Communicator and publicist by training, Master in Adm. According to Anne, her first trainee was at the craft and food fair with the greatest specialist in sales and customer service: Dona Penha (her mother). She considers herself a restless and enthusiastic woman about various topics, especially those involving Diversity and Inclusion. She is a woman, black, lesbian and comes from the interior of ES. In 2022 he experienced an exchange in South Africa where he researched the African diaspora and perfected his passion for wine. He currently works at the Dreamers Group and has worked for companies such as wine.com.br and Hortifruti Natural da Terra.
