Alan began his professional journey in 2008 as a Trainee at Nestlé, where he spent over 4 years before moving on to Ambev. He joined L'Oréal Group in 2013 as a Senior Brand Manager in L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty. In this business unit, he served as Director for major brands such as Vichy, SkinCeuticals, and CeraVe.

She spent ten years at System1 Research, bringing the concept of behavioral sciences to market research, supported by predictive algorithms. In November 2020, she took over as Global Director of Intelligence at Natura and Avon, covering Research, Brand, Market Performance, and Innovation. In January 2024, she returned to Nestlé as Director of CMI and CES.
