Felippe Guerra | Moderador

Felippe Guerra, founder of Brasis, a holding company that celebrates Brazil's diversity, was previously Head of Commercial & Projects at Trace Brasil. He holds a degree in Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from ASA College (USA), with specializations from Miami Ad School (USA). Felippe co-founded Rango TV and Snacklicious Foods and teaches at Miami Ad School. His marketing experience includes roles at Asics, Adidas, and Puma Group, and he was the former Head of Marketing at Lab Fantasma. He actively supports inclusion as an advisor for Publicitários Negros

Marcelo Maragni | Palestrante

Marcelo Maragni has worked as a professional sports photographer since 1999, creating projects, shooting events and athletes for different companies such as Red Bull, Ambev, Adidas, Ford, Track & Field among many others. In 2024 he completed his 15th Dakar Rally shooting for Red Bull International. In his career he created and executed important projects, with emphasis on the photo of the 2023 Annular Eclipse with the world and Olympic surfing champion Ítalo Ferreira, in addition to having shot notable projects such as Letícia Bufoni's Sky Grind, the conquest of the climbing route in the Casa de Pedra cave by Felipe Camargo, as well as countless others.
