Michelle Prazeres | Palestrante
Journalist, teacher, and researcher. Founder of the Decelerate Institute. Holds a Master's degree in Communication and Semiotics (PUC-SP) and a PhD in Education (FE-USP). She has a postdoctoral degree in Communication and Semiotics from PUC-SP, focusing on the relationships between communication, technologies, and the social acceleration of time. She is the creator of the Decelerate SP Guide, the School of Time, and the Day Without Hurry, Brazil's first slow culture festival. She is the mother of Miguel and Francisco. She is a partner at Ação Educativa and vice president of Cidade Escola Aprendiz.
