CRISTINA NAUMOVS is a creativity and innovation consultant for brands such as Ambev. Meta/Facebook, Boticário Group, AB-Inbev. Havaianas, among others. CEO of Unah Holding, ecosystem creativity. Cristina has worked in a broad range of newsrooms, including Trip Editora, Cosmopolitan and Folha de São Paulo. She has won Lions in Cannes for campaigns with Stella Artois, Havaianas and Guaraná. She has been part of the jury for One Show, Effie, Clube de Criação, etc.

Ian Black is CEO, founder and partner of New Vegas, an interactive agency of the B&Partners group. Over the past 15 years he has played a key role in the advertising market, employing a transdisciplinary approach to all his initiatives, remaining media agnostic and developing projects that bring together cultural relevance, social responsibility and economic sustainability. With no background in the field, Ian brings his own previous personal and professional experiences, independent studies and socio-political activism to build a perspective that allows him to take extraordinary observations and actions that often contradict the chorus of markets.

After leading creative & media strategy for brands like Heineken Brazil, and Diesel Global, Chiara is currently the Creative Strategy Sr. Director at Coca-Cola Latin America, working with brands like Fanta and Sprite. Co-founder and board member of ASAS.com.br, an international collective of creative intelligence, and board member of Branded Content Marketing Association. She has been developing here career on the intersection of strategy, creative and connections. In 2023 she was awarded with Premio Caboré (Strategist Category) and in 2019, was elected Women to Watch Europe, by AdAge, besides having her work recognized on awards like D&AD, Cannes International Festival of Creativity, Clio Awards.
