Space lover since I was was 3 years old, Engineer biomedical, diver, creator of the volunteer group of STEAM with a focus on space subjects InSpace, author of a book about the solar system, scientific popularizer and digital influencer with almost 1.6 million followers combined, analogue astronaut, speaker, ambassador of the Brazilian Space Agency, responsible for discovering and detecting 50 asteroids, competition medalist scientific, was selected by NASA to accompany the Psyche mission as a digital influencer and activist for gender equality in the space sector.
Verena Paccola | Palestrante
While studying for the USP medical entrance exam, detected 25 asteroids in a project supported by NASA and was awarded by the Brazilian Government for one of them being classified as rare. Verena has a degree as a nursing technician, and has already carried out scientific research in the area of ??computational neuroscience. In recent years, she was honored by Maurício de Sousa with a character in Turma da Mônica and was highlighted in the Science and Education category of the Forbes Under 30 list. Currently, is the Education Ambassador for Gerando Falcões, bringing science and education to Brazilian favelas; medical student at USP and inspiration for the new generation of girls in science.
