Elisa Chalfon | Palestrante
Elisa began her career working in independent production companies focused on reality shows and documentaries. After that, she started supervising original productions for Viacom Brasil. She was responsible for original productions nominated for an International Emmy, such as Adotada and Portátil, as well as Catfish Brasil, De Férias com o Ex Brasil. Since joining Netflix to lead original non-fiction series content for Brazil in 2019, it has taken on the programming of reality shows and documentaries, including hits such as Love is Blind Brazil, Stranded with My Mother-in-Law, The Isabella Nardoni Case and made the first live broadcast from Netflix in Brazil with Love is Blind Brazil-The Reunion.
Gabriel Gurman | Palestrante
Content Director for Fiction Films at Netflix Brazil, Gabriel has a degree in Social Communication and has more than 15 years in the audiovisual industry, having experience in the areas of Exhibition, at Reserva Cultural and Cinemark, Distribution, at Paris Filmes and was one of the founders of Galeria Distribuidora, a company responsible for the co-production of films such as The Girl Who Killed Her Parents, Papai é Pop, Meninas Não Choram, among other productions. At Netflix, he has been responsible for the content and curation of local feature films since 2023.
Hana Vaisman | Palestrante
Haná is the Content director for Netflix Scripted Series in Brazil. Having over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual industry focusing on the development and production of fiction and non-fiction series. At Netflix, she is responsible for Sintonia, A Sogra Que Te Pariu, Cidade Invisível, Só Se For Por Amor, among other productions. Trained in Psychiatry, Haná studied Documentary in London, where she's received a master's degree at Goldsmiths College. She started her career in television at MTV Brasil and worked in several independent production companies, such as O2 and Mixer, before becoming a TV content manager at Conspiração Filmes in 2012.
