With 12 years of experience in mkt, programming and content curation, Leonora is Born in Goiânia and has a degree in Communication. She began her career as a mkt executive in consumer goods and at TV Globo led areas of Intelligence, Content Curation and Rights & Events. Since 2019, she leads the programming of one of the largest television networks in the world and since 2020 has also taken on the leadership of Marketing, being responsible for managing the TV Globo brand and for launching and promoting more than 85 premieres in the channel portfolio, through 19 simultaneous campaigns running daily and a community of 52MM followers that add up to more than 178MM interactions on social media profiles.

Raphael Corrêa Netto, with over 20 years at Globo, is the Executive Director for its pay TV channels, overseeing strategy, P&L, and partnerships. His career progressed from Sales Manager to leading the International Business Division, significantly contributing to the business's evolution, including Globoplay International's global launch. An alumnus of Harvard and Stanford, he's qualified as a board member for Brazil's IBGC. He's also active in the International Emmy Awards and Paley Media Center, and advises CIEDS, a major Brazilian NGO.

Executive focused on developing a customer-centric culture with delivery of quick results and alignment with company objectives (OKR and agile methodologies) and immediate impact. In 2006, she joined Globo and actively participated in the company's digital transformation. Launched Globoplay in 2015, was responsible for the strategic agenda for Business & Operations focused on the D2C consumer journey of all Globo group digital products and services and, in 2020, launched Globoplay + Live Channels. She is currently Director of Globoplay and Digital Audiovisual Products (Globo Films and Giga Gloob).
