Jigu founded Brand New Whatever in April 2020 after graduating from Vancouver Film School's Writing for Film, TV + Games Program with honors and receiving the prestiged Golden Controller award. He wrote for games such as Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising and developed his own kinetic novel, One Night in Kawami, and other client projects firmly in embargoland. Before that, he worked for Riot Games Brazil as content editor for over six years, and for local games-oriented websites as a reporter since 2006 - all while freelancing for clients such as Penguin Random House. Always looking for the next great project to support, no matter how big or small, to help creators achieve their creative vision.
