Marketing and business manager. Co-founder of Olhar, a film distributor focused on promoting diversity of the independent audiovisual. Prior to this, Paula worked in executive production for short films, feature films, and television content. Also served in public management, coordinating the Southeast Region of the Public Television Content Line, from 2014 to 2016, and at the Fundação Aperipê, a network of public TV and radio stations, from 2007 to 2011. From 2021 to 2022, presided over the Association of Video and Cinema of Paraná; from 2020 to 2021, she was a member at Municipal Culture Council in Curitiba; and, is currently substitute member at Superior Cinema Council (CSC) in the 2023-2025 term.
