Associate Professor at UNIRIO, where she coordinates the Sustainable Actions Laboratory (Laços) - focused on dialogue to build sustainability, education and social innovation. In her work as a researcher and consultant, she addresses issues such as the Planetary Boundaries, decolonial knowledge, land use, food systems and nature-based solutions, using dialogue as a catalyst and enhancer of transformations towards sustainability. She is a member of the Stewardship Council of World Café, a dialogue methodology that accesses the collective intelligence of groups. She believes in transformations through the power of collective.
