Maristela brings over 15 years of experience in Public Relations, she has led projects focused on DEI for renowned brands, such as the global partnership between P&G and the Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as the localization of campaigns like "Play like a girl" and "End Period Poverty" for Always. She coordinated "Muleke da Base" program for Gillette and Desimpedidos, aiming to discover new talent for the largest football channel on YouTube. Joining WBD in 2021, with previous experience at TNT Sports and now serving as the DEI Manager for LATAM/USH, she is responsible for "Black Brazil Unspoken" WBD Access program, and other initiatives aimed at promoting equity in the audiovisual industry.
