Journalist for over 30 years with stints at the newspapers O Dia and JB as a reporter. At TV Globo he headed production and reporting and was editor-in-chief of local newspapers in Rio de Janeiro. He was director of Journalism at Globo in BH. One of the founders of Abraji. He is a Knight Wallace Fellow at the University of Michigan and managing partner of DiversaCom, a communications agency specializing in diversity.
