Giovanna is a professional with extensive experience in Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and Corporate Communication. She is currently the Superintendent of Communication and Sustainability at Light and has worked at companies such as LAMSA, Grupo Invepar, and Iguá Saneamento. She holds an MBA in Marketing Management from IBMEC, an MBE in Social Responsibility and the Third Sector (UFRJ), and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. In her career, she has led crisis management for image and reputation and developed integrated communication strategies. She has led teams and projects in building relationships with communities, aiming for dialogue and partnership relations in highly complex areas.
