Flavia Doria is the Vice-Chairwoman for the board of Maria Farinha Filmes, the leading impact fim studio in Latin America. She is also the Executive Director of Alana, one of Brazil's largest socio-environmental organizations, and the CEO of AlanaLab, an impact business hub that includes MFF. Flavia founded and serves on the board of Oficina!, a cultural entrepreneurship company that promotes major street events in São Paulo. Previously, she was an executive at J&J in Brazil and the U.S., leading global brands and new business initiatives for nearly 15 years. She holds a degree in Business Administration from FAAP and an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Entertainment from UCLA.
