Condé+

Carol Condé is the CEO and founder of Condé+, one of the largest talent agencies in the country. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she currently manages the careers of 180 audiovisual professionals, including actors, directors, screenwriters, cinematographers, editors, art directors and composers. She founded Condé+ in 2004, working with the cast of the film "City of God," directed by Fernando Meirelles and Katia Lund, which was nominated for four Academy Awards. She holds a degree in Journalism from FACHA and Performing Arts from CAL. Additionally, she worked as casting production, research, assistant directing, and executive production.
