Andrea Barata Ribeiro is a partner and executive producer at O2 Filmes. Graduated in social communications, in these three decades she produced more than 60 films and series for streaming and TV platforms. She is the producer of films such as “Cidade de Deus”, “Xingu”, “Ensaio sobre a Cegueira” and “Marighella”, as well as series such as “Irmandade”, “Pico da Neblina”, “Manhãs de Setembro” and many others. She was the first Brazilian chosen by the American magazine Variety as one of the fifty most influential producers in the world. She is a member of the Hollywood Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and a judge at the Oscars, the most important award in cinema.
